The Philippines is planning to introduce nuclear power into its energy mix, targeting 1.2 gigawatts of nuclear capacity by 2032, rising to 2.4GW in 2035 and 4.8GW by 2050, through small modular reactors, microreactors, and other advanced technologies – creating significant opportunities for U.S. firms.
